TruSense Smoke and Combination Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Alarm RecallSold from May 2019 through September 2020. Before you Begin: Please read the “Step-by-Step Guide” and identify all affected alarms. The process requires photography of recalled alarms, you may want to capture those before beginning the online claim.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Submission is NOT complete until all required data is collected, photos uploaded successfully, and claim number issued. Once the submission has been completed an email will be sent to the address in the claim record.
