The City of Mechanicville operates an open-to-the-public bus transportation service that is partially funded by New York State and the Saratoga County Office for the Aging.
Senior Citizens (age 60 and older) ride at no cost. Voluntary contributions are encouraged and greatly appreciated, but they are completely confidential. Your ability to contribute will not affect your service in any way. All contributions are used to expand and improve the service.
Riders under age 60 must pay a fare of $0.65 each way.
The bus serves the City of Mechanicville only (within city tax map boundaries).

Stillwater Eldercare Services
Transportation for doctor appointments outside of Mechanicville is available through Stillwater Eldercare Services.
You must be age 60 or older and not on Medicaid.

If you are on Medicaid and need transportation to doctor appointments, please call Saratoga County Social Services at (518) 884-4148.

CDTA Flex Bus
The CDTA Flex Bus provides connections between Mechanicville, Halfmoon, and Clifton Park, including Mid Rise Apartments, Clifton Park Center, and Halfmoon Town Park.
Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
